When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hrs. of receipt subject to product availability and credit card verification. Unfortunately backorders and manufacture setbacks occur from time to time.

How much do you charge for shipping?

All orders are $10.00 regardless the quantity when shipped within the Continental United States via UPS Ground ONLY! Items that weight over 25lbs. and Air Shipments may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees based on the zip code.

What method of shipping do you use and how long does it take?

We exclusively use UPS unless there are territorial restrictions, ie: APO addresses, PO Box, etc..
The transit time is 1-7 business days within the continental U.S. See UPS.com or chart above for details. All orders outside the continental US will ship USPS. 

Do you ship overseas? If so, what is the cost?

No, We no longer do any overseas shipments. Only APO/Military addresses. The cost is $25.00 via USPS per order to a Military address.
